This Privacy Policy describes how data is handled in the Dexter App, developed by luisfal7.

1. Data Collection

Our application is purely informative. We do not collect, request, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) from our users (such as names, emails, phone numbers, or device files).

2. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services to provide its content, which have their own privacy policies:

PokeAPI: Used to retrieve Pokémon statistical data.
Google News RSS: Used to display current Pokémon news. By clicking on a news item, the user is redirected to external third-party websites.
Expo: Used for technical framework operations.

3. Children's Privacy

We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) regulations. Since we do not collect any data, the application is safe for users of all ages, including children under 13.

4. App Permissions

The app only requires Internet Access permission to download Pokémon data and news in real-time.
